Title : - Mucocutaneous lymphnode syndrome

The points favouring Kawasaki syndrome are the age, high fever, conjunctivitis, fissuring of lips, lymph node enlargement and the almost pathognomonic desquamation of skin of the finger tips.
Unfortunately, there is no clinching investigation, we have to go only by clinical criteria. ECHO for coronary artery aneurysms and negative results for collagen vascular diseases will help clarify the diagnosis.
