The constellation of symptoms of fever, conjunctivitis ( non-purulent ), lip fissuring, skin rash, edema of the soles, desquamation of the finger tips and lymphadenopathy completes the clinical syndrome of Kawasaki Disease. An Echocardiographic examination would be mandatory to look for aneurysms of the coronary arteries. IVIG would be required for the definitive treatment.
