It looks like a Kawasaki's disease. five criteria are required for its fulfillment. these is fever, non-purulent conjunctivitis, erythematous rash, lymphadenopathy, desquamation at finger tips, changes at oral mucosa, edema feet, and joint swelling. however Kawasaki's disease is a diagnosis of exclusion and all other causes of such multisystem disorder should be ruled out such as TSS, Epstein bar virus, and other vasculitis. leucocytosis and anemia support the diagnosis. The pt. may develop thrombocytopenia later on. However the ESR is not elevated much. inv. to be done are sgot, sgpt and urine routine and microscopy and 2D echo and later if required angiography. Treatment consists of IV immunoglobulins and aspirin.
