High grade fever, rash, arthritis, leucocytosis, hepatomegaly gives indication toward systemic disease. Joints of the midcarpus, midtarsus are characteristically involved with swelling of the ankle or wrist joints. Others things should be looked are lymphadenopathy, carditis, pericarditis, pleuritis.
